On a hunch that the appearance of the Spryte guards will mean a step up in the bloodshed, and hoping that they have a reputation for such, Kyraelis yells at the top of his high pitched voice, "The Sprytes are coming!"

Kyraelis' shout is heard by a number of the people in the crowd - several of them cheer, not understanding his meaning, and assuming it to be a strange, faen battlecry. A few others do glance to the skies, and notice the Spryte's descent. As Kyraelis had suspected, a number of them do turn and begin to make their way (or attempt to) out of the courtyard. Those currently engaged with you, however, seem to pay it little heed, whether because they don't care, or they can't get away.

Kyraelis does, however, feel the hand of Oerlisai, Goddess of Useful Insight in Battle (Whether Accepted or Ignored) upon him.

 

[Mirth]

Breathing heavily, Xen looks down at the unconscious form of the other Verrik. As his shield fades into nothingness, the champion quickly brings his foot down on the other's windpipe, crushing it. He then dusts his hands off and waits for the guardian Sprytes to arrive.

"Gurgle"

There is a gasp from the crowd as the Verrik gives out a final choked cry, and falls silent. It's clear that Xen has taken this beyond what usually occurs - passed out and bleeding seems to be accepted, but a cold finishing blow was not expected. The faen snarls when the Verrik dies, and turns his attention towards Xen. The Sprytes also come ever closer....

Rupert

Rupert knows he's in a bad situation. Wrestling a flaming man was not what he had in mind. He tries to escape the grapple and move away from the tattooed man.

Aided by Haradoth's blood, which he has been obligingly spilling all about, making everything a bit slick and green (Mojh have green blood. We all know that), and by consequence, harder to grapple, Rupert is able to squeeze his way out of the man's grasp, pushing away.

OOC : Let's not forget all his gurgles which are intimidating to our enemies ! And yeah, Rupert wanted to move away but not out of the darkness. Remember that there's no AoO when you have concealement.

Since noone else seems to be inclined, Rowlth moves over to the downed Mojh and sees what he can do about binding his wounds.

Looking around him and seeing that the incident is on the verge of either dying down or escalating greatly, Kyraelis will dart over to assist Rowlth in tending to the downed Mojh. Not certain of Mojh anatomy, he closes his eyes and almost swoons as his mind connects with the Akashic memory. He recoils from the fleeting glimpses of memories of battlefield surgery, which contained images of Mojh, Humans and even one of a Dramojh, all pumping out their lifeblood. Reassured in his knowledge he kneels down at Haradoth's side and begins tending to him.
