Yeah. He's not looking great. The last few years have really taken a toll on him.

He's almost the most cartoonish of the Doctors. You don't remember a lot of Tom Baker's monsters then. How about the giant green monster Tom met in a dungeon. The monster held out an...ahem...appendage...which Tom shook, talked into, and otherwise...fondled.
