PHB 3 Feat List

Here. I'm guessing this is just heroic tier stuff...

Hafted Defense - Having a shield is just looking worse and worse as time goes on.

Unarmored Agility - Well that settles the monk AC debate (i.e. would every monk take leather). Also, looks like avengers are back on top of the AC charts.

Versatile Expertise - This sounds less offensive than focused expertise. Still a bad feat, I'm sure (from a design perspective, not optimization).

Minotaur Feats - I wonder if there racial is some sort of basic attack with a trigger? Maybe as a minor?

Focused Mind: +4 vs Stunned and Dazed: Extremely useful feat for late paragon tier entering into Epic. I could see trading out early heroic for this one <assuming it is heroic>.

Headsman's Chop: +5 damage to prone targets with Axe or Heavy Blade: Talk about a fun feat to build some party members around. One PC knocks them down, the other deals big damage.

Unarmored Agility: +2 AC to no armor or Cloth: I highly dislike this feat seeing as Leather Proficiency does the same thing. This will likely be another automatic choice for all unarmored classes making it boring yet effective. I can only hope its a paragon tiered feat or higher <though I doubt it will be>

Vicious Advantage: Gain combat advantage against immobile or slowed targets: Amazing feat for ranged attackers/casters who do not typically gain combat advantage. Could easily prove to be overpowered if the bonus is granted to the whole party. I love the design of it though. Personally I would have liked to have seen feats like this over the static bonuses of the 'expertise' feats.

Minotaur feats are looking quite fun without knowing the specifics of race at this time.

Nah, now they can pick between UA and Leather prof. Makes it a choice rather than a no-brainer for cloth-wearing classes to pick it before leaving Heroic.

There are all sorts of magic cloth armor intended for casters, but they are rarely chosen because most casters take leather proficiency for the 2AC. This new feat lets you have the option of wearing cloth, still paying a feat, and having the same AC you would have with leather. I think it will add some options for armor choice, without increasing the cost to a character or creating balance issues (except maybe for the Avenger, but I'd have to look into that more).

I stand corrected, opening up more armor choices does add a new tactical element to the game. The new feat for unarmored classes may not be so bad after all.

Also, we don't have the full text. It may not stack with the Avenger or Monk class features. I hope it does, but I suspect it doesn't, and it's intended as a buff for caster types.

Though, personally, as a player, I prefer "boring yet effective" feats, as they don't clutter my decisionmaking. They can stay in the background on the character sheet and let me concentrate on other things.

They appear to be somewhat different than the feats from the Dragon # 369 article. Goring Shove is the same, but Brutal Ferocity is completely different, and the other feats aren't the same.

Hopefully PH3 feats won't invalidate the Dragon article. My battle cleric rather likes Natural Cunning.

(Wipes a tear from his eye)Just after they fixed Avenger armor class so its on par with other strikers...this! I really hope there is more text to it, I really really do, because it would be a crime to not properly spell out that this does not stack for the Avenger after they finally fixed that little nugget.

I get the point of it : It allows a working AC for clothies whilst allowing them to use cloth armor and therefore the more associated enchantment types, rather than every wizard needing to use enchantments meant for leather armor.
