Elsbeth was shocked by the discovery of the skulls. Somehow it never occurred to her that anyone killed by the monster would have any remains left around. She wasn't sure what she had expected the creature to do with everything bu she had not expected to find remains.

"We should bring them back to town. Perhaps some sort of mass grave with a small mmorial would be fitting."

Jakira came out of the lair after the only thing of real interest was the leather arm guards and the heads which he was unable to help with them. He took the leather arm guards in his mouth and brought them out to Jariah.

She took them and examined them with her mage sight.

Jariah nodded in agreement, "Yes, let us take the remains and the body of the monster back to Sandpoint. Even if we do not have time to set out again today, we will at least be able to spend the night without sleeping in the swamp. We can always get up early tomorrow and resume our treasure hunting."

Sachiko nodded somberly, but then started to perk up again. Who needed treasure? Bringing the monster back would make them all HEROES! The legendary band who defeated the bog beast! Why, there'd be tales! And she'd be IN them!

"I agree!" she enthused. "Lets get all this back!"

Fastus grinned and nodded, "We did a good thing today, Sachi." The Soggy wouldn’t be hurting anybody EVER again! He folded out the hammock and started piling skulls in, gesturing: "Did somebody check out that bone pile, maybe? See if there aren't MORE human-oid bones in there?" In for copper, in for a crown, right?

If he's not too busy packing up skulls, Fastus will check it out himself too. (Or help those who do). He'll pack the arm guards with the rest of the Soggy's trophies once Jariah's done with them too, and is then ready to depart!

All appear to be human skulls.

Having found magical auras on the armbands, Jariah kept her mage sight active and looked over the pile of bones and went into the lair’s interior to be sure there was nothing else. Satisfied she came out (with whatever she finds if applicable) and hands the leather arm guards to Elsbeth.

“Here, these will be useful for you. They provide some measure of protection like armor for those that cannot actually wear armor. They are not as effective as wearing leather armor, but they also will not interfere with spell casting either.”

Jakira spoke up a bit of jealousy in his voice, “Hey, I found ‘em. What ‘bout me?”

She smiled and patted her eidolon’s head. “Good job, Kitty. But you don’t need them because you are already wearing that new leather armor that you find cumbersome.” The cat harrumphed at that, but held his own tongue.
