D&D 5E Complete Random Character Generator (2.0)

Found the problem with Eldritch Knight.... I think.

Change the value in cell CLASS!AN72

Should read =IF(OR(USER!G4=0,USER!G4>3),RANDBETWEEN(1,3),USER!I4)

Somehow RANDBETWEEN was (1, AK66).

Save the file and you should be good. I haven't checked the spells or anything else to make sure it's 100% compatible, but it does seem to fix the problem.

Good catcth on that. Will take a look. Next version also needs:
Max hp at 1st, half-hp +1 subsequent levels option.

Simple fix for Max. HP at first level.

Change cell MATH!H38 "=$G$36"

Not sure what you mean by 1/2 HP +1 subsequent levels. If you mean 1/2 HP +1 HP every level as an option under USER tab. I could probably make that an option. Is that what you mean?

Yep. That's the fix I used. Let's have it in the next version.

As for the "half hp+1", I meant "Half HD +1." Example, fighters would get 5+1+CON per level rather than rolled (option).

Fantastic, but printing help please?

Awesome work, huge time saver, any suggestions on printing the pages? I've tried adjusting the margins, to no avail. I'm using Excel 2016 for Mac if it matters.

I can define a print area for each page, but I don't think that is what you intended to happen.

If I set it to 3 pages wide by 1 tall, I still get bleed over on the pages even with narrow margins, hopefully this screenshot will help explain what i'm talking about..

Thanks,

I've just DL the latest version and it is AWESOME, but... how do I keep the generated character after a Save as...? When I reopen it, it always changes...

Help needed.

Found and solved a BUG, dunno if previously reported:

ABILITIES!L24:L29 has to be changed as follows (repeat for each cell):

... MATH!C8;CLASS!$B$6:$X$17;19);0) has to change to ... MATH!C8;CLASS!$B$6:$X$17;20);0)

This changes make Saves consistent with Proficiency bonuses coming from your Class.

Previously was ever "0" for a column mismatch in the LOOKUP.VERT formula (one column less than needed)

Hope it helps.
