I just realized that I used the wrong modifier for the attack roll, should have been +2 instead of +5, but with the natural 20, it doesn't matter. Total damage is 15.

So is Gimlak firing regardless of what Zemryn does? Is he subject to the initiative order here?

Absolutely not. Gimlak is only firing because the lead wolf snapped at her. He had a readied action, and this is for her protection.
If he can't get his readied action, he won't shoot and will follow her lead.
Cheers,

How long until these guys end up killing each other? It would be ironic if the wolves free themselves and come across their bodies.

Hey, remember these guys? Time to eat!

Fundamentally, Gimlak doesn't care about the wolves, but he doesn't want them to either be a threat or return to the Korrund (which is definitely not impossible). Anyways, I had him stand down for the sake of party cohesion, and this little squabble is taking way too much time.
Cheers,

Perhaps the immortals will smile upon them. Should they be victorious, they will wear the pelts of their fallen ennemies as a token of the immortals' favor!
