D&D 5E Have I Already Reached the "End" of 5e Product Support?

I have a lot of 3.x material I can use, but have no idea how to convert it. The HP, AC, treasure, etc., are all so completely different that you're basically taking maps, story ideas, and proper names, and trying to make it play like 5e, rebuilding every encounter to try to fit.

Sure. It's not very hard. Run the story from the adventure but learn to balance a 5e encounter and run an equivalent encounter whenever the adventure calls for it. It's easy enough. I can do it in the fly.

Most of the time it's just a matter of using a 5e stat-block to run the same monsters that the encounter calls for. Sometimes you have to add or subtract a monster or two. Not very hard at all. Obviously you know how to run a fight.

Have you checked out the Adventurer's League modules? A season of AL runs pretty much like a hardback adventure path. There are some threads on this board about people's experiences doing that.

For third-party stuff, I've heard good things about Courts of the Shadow Fey from Kobold Press. (I own it but haven't had a chance to read it yet.)

You can also visit this site for inspiration:

I'm looking for a campaign to run for some friends, but between all of us, I think that we've come to the end of the officially produced Wizards material. So if you have any 3pp suggestions or recommendations for something official that I'm just discounting unfairly, let me know.

Lost Mines of Phandelver - ran and played it more times than should be allowed by law.
Horde of the Dragon Queen - ran it. it was awful. the end.
Rise of Tiamat - Horde was awful. Never gonna run it.
Princes of the Apocalypse - ran it. twice. it was okay.
Storm King's Thunder - ran it. it was bad.
Out of the Abyss - ran it. twice. it was okay.
Curse of Strahd - ran and played it more times than should be allowed by law.
Tomb of Annihilation - ran it. twice. pretty good.
Tales of the Yawning Portal - we played it back in previous editions
Ghosts of Saltmarsh - we played it back in previous editions
Dungeon of the Mad Mage - my group won't do dungeon crawls
Dragon Heist - not big on levels 1-5 or city adventures; just doesn't seem fun to me.
Descent into Avernus - nothing about it has grabbed me yet.

So, is there something I'm missing? Are there only three adventures I haven't run (Tiamat, Heist, Avernus)?

Yes. Dragon of Icespire Peak from the essentials kit. It's for lvs 1-6 & you've stated your not big on those lvs.

Other than that I'd think the very obvious answer to your question is YES.
Sure, you "ran fast" & completed the main plot of Apocalypse x2, Storm King, Abyss x2, Strahd x?, & Tomb x2. But are you seriously going to try & tell me you used up ALL the plot hooks, adventure ideas, side treks, resources, etc any one of those books contained?
Come on, do you know how high the DC is to convince me of that???

Let's never mind that you could take parts of a lot of these, blend them together, get something new, AND still retain the various plots..

I ran parts of War of the Burning Sky (3e version) and the 5e version of Zeitgeist. Both by EN Publishing, both have been mentioned in this thread. I ran parts of both for different groups and would rank both as excellent. Also, given the sheer amount of material, both should keep even you and your group occupied for a while, being lvl 3 - 20 campaigns (in 5e versions).

D&D Essentials adventure (Dragon of Icespire Peak) + three D&D Beyond sequels (goes to level 12). If you like LMoP you should like these.

Homebrew adventures. Technically supported by WotC via the DMG.

I use tons of 3e stat blocks in 5e, it is very easy. Hp can stay the same or +50%, occasionally x2 for a boss. Halve AC over 10. Halve stats over 20. Recalculate to hit bases on CR and stat. Damage +50% except for area-effect.
