Maybe it's only weapons? Or their patch notes lie.Nope. Just equipped unidentified +1 leather armor ("magnificent leather armor") and AC didn't change.
I've run it by paying to have everything identified; it becomes a serious resource drain.

Or less nefarious.... It's a bugMaybe it's only weapons? Or their patch notes lie.
Oh that would be a game changer.I read in a patch note they were adding in a wand of identify for that problem. Though not sure which classes can use the wand.

Identify wand is at the starting vendor as early as level 3 probably earlier.Found a wand of detect magic but not identify. Yet.
Note that they only have access to the SRD, which explains the new subclasses and feats. There are a few notable changes from base 5e.
Yea. I'll add this about subclasses. I think they did really well with the caster ones they created. However, there's only a few martial subclasses they created that i could get excited about. Paladins being a notable exception. Then again, that's not that unlike base 5e I guess.Note that they only have access to the SRD, which explains the new subclasses and feats.
