The "I Didn't Comment in Another Thread" Thread

I'm still waiting for the Punic War themed comic from Lindybeige. It's now years overdue. I'm not complaining, though, because it's the first time that he's attempted a project like this. Many projects routinely take 2 or 3 times as long as their estimates, because drek happens.
I think my only issue with projects like that is when communication is inconsistent or flat out wrong. In the case of Shadowdark, they’re communicating updates regularly and when delays happen such as the books not ending up on a boat before a Chinese holiday which caused a delay, they updated their timelines accordingly. Poor communication is what sours me on backing future projects, not the delays themselves.

There are still people who are waiting to receive their perks from the "Space Janitors" season 3 Kickstarter. Almost no communication from the producers. I waited a couple of years and mysteriously received my package (hand burned and labelled DVDs in the type of sleeve you get from Best Buy and not autographed, as promised) only after "off-handedly" mentioning that I lived a 10 minute drive away from the main producer, in the Kickstarter comments. Funny, that.

EDIT - This Kickstarter ended in January of 2014, with expected delivery September of 2014.

Some questions are just Rorschach tests, I guess.
Thread carcass in alley this morning, red text on pages 84 and 176. This forum is afraid of me. I have seen its true face.

The threads are extended gutters and the gutters are full of memes and when the threads finally scab over, all the vermin will drown.

The accumulated filth of all their edition wars and action economies will foam up about their waists and all the grognards and meta gamers will look up and post “Save us!”…and I’ll look down and whisper “No.”

Oh, not that Rorschach? Never mind.

once again another thread abandoned by the OP
When a thread goes off the rails, the OP doesn't really have any way to get it back on track (aside from asking/pleading, I suppose).
If the thread poster really wants/needs it to stay on topic, there's always the option of making it a [+] thread.
