In Michigan it wasn't uncommon for rain to come down so hard that it was more like solid streams with a break here and there than drops, and thick enough that you couldn't see through it. If the wind was hard, sticking your hand into it would sting like the dickens and leave a red welt on your hand.Having lived in Japan and Korea for many years, I can honestly say that you folks, outside of maybe the Vancouver folks, have no idea what rain is.![]()
