5e Warlock is the one two trick pony magic school dropout.

The 5e Sorcerer is 60% of my magic is damage and I can put exclamation points behind the magic words.

So far, I like the new Sorcerer. I still wish they kept with one of the prior UA's themes where they had the Sorcery Incarnate spell like change/affect/whatever the feature based on the subclass. As the idea seemed to be pushing for how the spell and subclass would interact to cause a different effect or what not.
