I mean its a debate I have all the time, BUT, the point is to be able to enjoy the time I am here, and knowing when I was in shape, some things were more enjoyable, it seems to work out in the balance.

My doctor took me off all dairy and that not fun either. I only have yogurt left.

I grew up on massive amounts of dairy, never had a problem until I hit 40. After that it just wasnt working for me, and makes me sick now.

I'm currently in that 'hmm I'm starving, but watching caloric intake...annoying' phase.

Going from having a stomach that functions like a trash compactor, to having to watch my blood glucose like a hawk, is a real pain. I miss pizza; pineapple or otherwise
