I think of this as the original crew's final farewell rather than the lackluster Generations.4) Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. By far the best of the TOS films and the one that justifies everything that came before.

Third best for me. I go IV, II, VI, I, III, V.4) Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. By far the best of the TOS films and the one that justifies everything that came before.
The Voyage Home was one of the few Trek movies that even people who weren't fans seemed to have enjoyed. Even my mom liked it. It's just such a fun movie, like how "The Trouble with Tribbles" is just a fun episode.Third best for me. I go IV, II, VI, I, III, V.
I certainly have a sneaking fondness for IV since it’s the one I watched most as a kid.Third best for me. I go IV, II, VI, I, III, V.
I mean, but why did you watch it most? It was that for me too, but I watched it most because it was simply more fun and watchable than the rest of the TOS movies, which tended towards overseriousness. I don't think people are wrong to rate it higher than others.I certainly have a sneaking fondness for IV since it’s the one I watched most as a kid.
Because it was on the most - we took a big holiday when it came out and I watched it on every flight, and then again when it was on telly. I haven’t watched it in 30 years.I mean, but why did you watch it most? I think you will be surprised at how well it holds up - I saw it last about 10 years ago and was surprised it was still pretty fun. The local corner shop rented videos (the 1980s!) and there were some my bro and I got out repeatedly - that was one of them.Because it was on the most - we took a big holiday when it came out and I watched it on every flight, and then again when it was on telly. I watch it at least once a year. It may be in my top 5 films of all time.I think you will be surprised at how well it holds up - I saw it last about 10 years ago and was surprised it was still pretty fun.
