Yep. And because it has to go between 2 property management companies (the one the landlord pays to deal with this unit and the one the HOA uses for the building) this tends to take forever to deal with.
Ouch! I loathe HOAs. When my wife and I were looking for a new house, I made sure that we didn't get one that had an HOA.
 

Thats not great. I imagine the mold issue is pretty out of control wherever the water if flowing.
The first time it happened, they did mold remediation and it took a few years for the leak to show up again, then it started happening more regularly and they never get around to scheduling the mold guy. But the HOA switched property managment companies earlier this year, and the new guys responded to us much faster so...maybe this year they'll actually fix the issue above us!
