Legend
They marked the intersection (including an indicator as to which way they went) and continued forward. The hallway continued to narrow (and continued to loop. though that was both strange and difficult to sense or understand, what with down remaining down.)

They came to yet another crossroads, same as before, but this one the hallways were only about two-feet wide, and five-feet tall. Ghorrak and Yassah were having to duck to nearly a crawl. Qawasha had stayed behind at the second intersection (Chrysagon at the first). Though he was not there at the third crossroad, their markings appeared to be - only smaller than they had drawn them.

OOC: I assume back? Squeezing sucks.

Ghorrak sighed, adding this hallway to his list of reasons to dislike magic users, then walked back and tried the west hallway to see if it was any different.

Legend
The west hallway (straight and flat, led to a balcony overlooking a spiral staircase. It was exactly like the one they'd come from, only everything was half the size. In fact, a Tomb Guardian had broken through the secret door across the way, and was advancing on the hallway from which Ghorrak was peering. This Tomb Guardian was about the size of a dwarf, unlike the towering hulk of a monster that had chased them from the font-chamber.

At the original crossroad, Chrysagon heard the sound of the larger Tomb Guardian, finally having broken through the secret door, and it too was advancing on his position.

OOC: Okay, we're gonna have to figure out where everyone else is. I had Qawasha waiting at the second intersection, so he's not far off from Ghorrak. Hey, I know this is confusing. Here's two maps, and I'll let you pick your positions:

OOC: Please let me know where you are, everyone. And I'll start a round-roller. I think Yassah is not too far off from Ghorrak, but I don't know about anyone else. You have been travelling from south to north, though Ghorrak just came back from the north part of map 2 and went westward. I hope you understand what I mean. CB23/CC23 in map1 connects to AJ17 in map2 (the size-change from 10 ft. to 5 ft. hallway is gradual, though.)

Neurotic

I plan on living forever. Or die trying.
Myrral followed Ghorak deeper into the dungeon. He likes exotic magic and whoever did this had some power. But he is not a barbarian and he keeps to the ceiling and quiet behing the warrior.

neurotic: D20 + 9#myrralstealth → 24(15 + 9)#Myrral stealth
Location: AF12 on the second map, on the ceiling
OOC: my work policy just got updated to block coyotecode roller. I'm using rolz unless someone suggests something better. I have account at Paizo I could create a thread there.

Miss Imogen watches her companions move along the corridor and out of her sight. She is reluctant to follow -- she wants to be grounded, and not get lost in an underground labyrinth. Taking an arrow in her hand, she tries to scratch a wall with an arrowtip. IS it enough to draw an arrow indicating direction? If so she'll make the mark and follow, certain to repeat the gesture at any future intersection. It's not foolproof, she knows, but as the space bends and weaves against all logic, and she suspects hallucinagens or illusion, she is ever more determined to leave a trail that is not easily erased.

(if she can stay she will, but if she proceeds, marking a path, she's going to be curious as the room appears to shrink -- might they be growing instead? Marks on the wall will indicate whether they hav e been here already or whether this is a different, shifting space.)

OOC: sorry -- missed this had moved along somehow. Thanks for the ping.

Legend
Dellrak had stayed back with Chrysagon, to provide back-up for him in case of trouble. And trouble was coming. He cursed and called, "Looks loike oor spikes dinnae hold. Metal basterd's onna way. Didja foind tha' skelly yet oor nae?"

Imogen could hear his voice echo down the looping corridor. She was looking at her arrow scratches repeated on the smaller crossroad. This would indicate that they had grown and were in the same crossroad, excepting that Chrys and Dellrak were not there, but back at the first, larger intersection. It made no sense.

Weed was behind her. The vegepygmy shrugged his shoulders and squeaked, and Qawasha, who was in front of her at the smaller crossroad, answered, "I don't know either. The tomb is repeated, but smaller."

OOC: I'm going to just choose locations for those that haven't posted.

The broodguard had gone to the third, tight crossroad and sniffed around. As everyone had gone back to the second, small crossroad, Yassah called him back and the two were returning from the north.

Ussal had heard Dellrak's call and was returning to the first crossroads.
