    General Discussion

I am officially tendering my resignation from Living Pathfinder. I apologize to those players whose groups I am abandoning. But it is quite clear that I am unwelcome in this playgroup any longer due to my apparent inability to play well with others (most notably the Judges). I really wish it...

um... has Iago forgotten the 5th voice in the group seemingly coming from no where last night?

Perrin, I wrote and posted that before I even read or recieved any kind of notification that I got a private message from you. You know there is always an easier way to get ahold of me than to go through the Private Messaging System, at least for you. And you know what it is. So I will not back...

I know that I said I would bring this up with the judges after the game, but since you decided to rant, and bring up a private conversation that I had with you with no intent of bringing up to the rest of the group since you swayed me to decide against it relatively EASILY. I am now officially...

The Blackblade retaliates against Fae'shiel's glib retorts by promptly attempting to force its way into her mind. However to it's surprise the young Elf Maiden's strength of will is surprisingly strong, and she glances down at the sword and says "Why you little snot, I rescue you from being...

I kind of need an answer on whether Tyrien and her Daybreak Arrows are close enough to Tonris so that their illumination cancels out the darkness so that he can get airborne this round or not. Additionally I will concede the previous rounds disagreement for now, but I am going to be bringing it...

And since Tonris is in the same general vacinity as Tyrien (I assume) due to not having moved, he should also be benefiting from her daylight arrows as well. Further proof that I shouldn't have had to deal with the dim light or darkness conditions in order to fly in the first place.

That is balls. I was going to take an action and I even said as much. I specifically said I wasn't going to delay. I merely wanted to clarify what the mechanics on flight happened to be. The problem with your rules is that in order to fly at half or less speed and remain in the air I require a...

    [LPF] Darkness Rising

Also, from a strictly rules perspective when it comes to flying, it would make more sense to have me roll perception under dark conditions to get the lay of the land, and then fly to see if I get airborne without hitting anything, and then fly again to see if I can maneuver away from any...

I am not delaying, nor am I acting yet, because quite frankly the Fly Skill is obscenely under developed for what it is supposed to do. Are you trying to tell me that a humming bird would have to roll an acrobatics check to fly backwards due to not being able to see where it is going?

    [LPF] Darkness Rising

No, I am pretty certain that doing any of those things while flying would require a fly check, not an acrobatics check. My reasoning for this would be because those things would qualify as a "Complex Maneuver while flying" which the fly check is quite specific about requiring a fly check.

    [LPF] Darkness Rising

If I am flying, wouldn't that kind of maneuver actually involve a fly check, and not an acrobatics check?

    [LPF] Darkness Rising

For clarifications sake, can Tonris & Rex see the Green and Yellow Stalker's? And does Tonris require an acrobatics check to move in the darkness, if he is flying?

    [LPF] Darkness Rising

I am confused, are we still in the surprise round? And if not, can I go ahead and take my normal rounds actions?

Whenever Fae'shiel's foot would slip due to the issues of footing, Fae'shiel would jab her sword into the ground or a tree or some other object in such a way as to catch herself without causing undue harm to herself. She was becoming quite proficient at doing this. Thanks to the peculiar shape...

"Heinrich is it? Your dialect seems familiar to me? It is similar to my own. Do you by chance hail from the Landadel Baronies somewhere?" Lyrra asks Heinrich with a friendly smile on her face.

Fae'shiel listens to what all three of her compatriots have to say, she then thinks for a few minutes deciding that all of their plans have merits, but at the same time they all carry serious risks to them. Especially 'her' Marcus' plan of returning to the road. So she expresses her concerns as...

Tonris speaks to Rex in their unusual chittering language. After which Rex moves into the room along the leftward wall, trying to cautiously and invisibly move towards one of the dark stalkers, to allow his master a better vantage point from which to cast a spell into the dark stalker. Rex is...

"Okay, double file is fine. But I will be keeping my sword at the ready in case of attack." She says as she gets her gear together and prepares for the days journey. She then draws her blackblade and settles it in her primary hand, waiting for the others to get ready.

Scott, where exactly is Heinrich from? Is it the Landadel Baronies? Because if it is, Lyrra might actually understand his native dialect and be able to speak it in turn. I was just wondering. Lyrra's eyes glaze over as a flurry of activity breaks out after the conclusion of the comedy act. This...
