How do you set up this 'Share the Love' deal

When you buy something on Amazon.com, one of the final steps is a screen that says "Share the Love." Basically, you provide them email addresses of people who might want to buy the same item(s), and if they buy, both they and you get a discount.

As for whether it'd work with amazon.ca, I doubt it. I bought gift certificates for my sister (in Canada), and she can't spend them on amazon.ca. Totally different systems.
