Aren't sending stones only 1/day? If so, they may not be helpful (leaving aside the practicalities of discrepant time frames).

I'll post tomorrow saying Urgan goes to the kobold caves unless someone talks me out of it.

@Hriston, how about this guy? I like his enthusiasm.

I liked the other one better overall. I like how this one has the mail over his robe, but it should be a full hauberk, and I'm not keen on the coif. The helmet and hood on the other one were just right. The fountain on the shield should look like a fan-shaped spray of water as opposed to garden statuary. Also, I was imagining him younger looking and more serious.

3 groups are needed because there are statues that need to be found. If we go into the temple with two groups, combats will last forever (Fitz will adjust difficulty for more PCs) and we will have to search for Bhaal "serially" instead all at the same time.

Also, as far as I understand, NPC in a kayak is optional so that can be 4 PCs.

Lorent can go if needed (with distaste obviously ), he is a caster and ranged and repelling blast may help.
