OK team, are we retreating to throw ourselves into the well up north? Or are we fighting? Cause we can't do both.

That's not entirely true. You can do a fighting retreat for the storeroom, where you'd have more cover, and it will take longer for Siobhan to reach you. There are two potential exits in there: There is the "sewer" grate (currently under the oxen) and there is a staircase to a door (exit unknown).
Otherwise, here there is another "sewer" grate right at Copper's feet. He's already lost some ball bearings down it. The only other exit is up the stairs, toward Siobhan.

There's also a door at the top of a flight of stairs in the north wall of the storeroom. That was my first thought.
