Behind the Screen - So, my wife has been rolling (and sometimes making decisions) for much of the Bad Guys. This allows me to "get away" with posting turns on occasions when I am otherwise spending time with her! (After 23 years of marriage, she's only gotten into playing D&D in the past year, but she's pretty hooked ATM!)

If you're curious (in particular @Leatherhead) to know how this Elf Fanatic got through the gate, and don't mind having some knowledge that the PCs can't possibly know, well, here it is:
This guy is understandably furious at Lorent, and is a stone-cold lunatic. He's so determined to "get you" that he managed (with two high-rolls) to get through the grate, slippery as it was with Copper's oil, and follow, but it fell closed behind him, and no one else has made it through yet (in fact, ATM, they are still trying to get the portcullis off the guy that it fell on). He's chasing ON HIS OWN, with little thought to his own safety, other than to take Full Cover after a "cheap shot" with a Firebolt.

Does it take my action to "utilize" the rope, or is it considered movement?
It's movement, but seeing as everything (swimming in the water, climbing the cliffs) costs 2 feet of movement for every 1 foot you move, you'll probably have to dash if you want to get anywhere (it's 20 feet up the cliff). I think that might put you at the top if you dash and make both checks.

@Snarf Zagyg & @Kobold Stew both of you appear to be targeting the Houndsman with Shut-Down spells. 1) Do one of you want to edit your target or 2) Do you want to both go for it, both because "accidents happen" AND because you'll have twice the likelihood of success?

Edit: While I'm at it, I'll point out that I can roll the round if @MetaVoid can post for Torhak!
