A Bonus Sorcerer spells known feat?

Hi all! I've heard somewhere that there is a sorcerers feat that allows a sorcerer to know extra spells based on his charisma. I'm wondering if anyone knows if that feat really exists, and if so, what sourcebook it came from. Thanks!! :)

I believe that there's a feat in Tome and Blood called extra spell that lets you know one extra spell. I don't know of any others like this.

Extra Spell from T&B, page 40, allows you 1 (one) extra spell at a spell level no higher than one less than your maximum spell level.

So if you are 12th level sorceror, you can learn a new spell, of up to 5th level.

Yeah, I know about the lame feat from Tomb and Blood. Its not what I'm looking for.

LOTS OF SPELLS

Prereq: CHR 11+; Ability to spontaneously cast arcane spells

Benefit: Your number of spells known is increased based on your CHR in the same manner that your number of spells per day is.

Normal: Your number of spells has a reasonable limit.

Special: This feat rocks and is not lame in any way.

[Note: This feat is 100% OGC, except for the ";" which is IP to me and people I like. Please find a copy of the OGL on-line and pretend I put it here]

More seriously, asides from Extra Spell from Tome & Blood, and from the Scion or Bloodline or X feats that basically gives a domain (a serie of nine thematically linked spells) to the sorcerer; I know nothing.

Also, I had proposed a feat a long time ago that required Scribe Scroll, Extra Spell, and Arcane Preparation; and that allowed to use the spell slot gained from Extra Spell to prepare spells from a spellbook (all rules about spellbooks applying, and note that sorcerer don't get free spells written at each levels).

It was considered übermunchkiny, however.

Eh? OGL? Are you people pulling my leg?
Yes, they are. It's something that happens around here from time to time, but when it's done to a newbie, as you seem to be based on your post count, I don't think it's very nice.

So I'll give you a serious answer. I haven't ever seen a feat like you're looking for. The answers you have been getting mean that everyone who has posted so far thinks such a feat would be horribly unbalanced, if it did exist. I tend to agree with that, but I do like the idea of a domain feat for a sorcerer.

Gez, where did you see such a feat? I've got a sorcerer in my game right now, and his player is new to gaming. I'm trying to help her with character development, and a domain might really add the flavor she's looking for.

Yeah, that is kinda mean, but I guess I can expect that from a bunch of close-minded jerks who think that any advantage to a character means that it must be broken. But, I guess I shouldn't be too suprised about, considering...
