Phoenix walks forward casually and levels her staff at the eladrin.
"Believe me, no fear is involved." A bolt of flickering flame launches from the tip of her staff and streaks towards the Eladrin.
Tarkus advances, darting from rock to rock and keeping his eyes peeled for other enemies.
*Kauldron darts across another gap in the terrain moving from one large rock to the other. His movement only lightly slowed by the raise in the unsteady dunes. He ducks behind the large rock as he reaches it. Taking a peek other the rock at the elsdrin female as she floats in the air effortlessly.*
Oi, a tricky lass she be. Now how an I suppose to deal with that way up dare?
*He talks quietly to himself. Then slinks back down and presses his back to the rock hunkering down. He idly pulls his cigar out of his mouth and taps off the ash upon the tip of it before placing it back into his mouth. He contemplates what to do next form here.*

*He taps his helm with an index finger.*
Cyr walks between the rocks, trying to avoid the rocks, but stay close in case cover is needed. He observes every details of the setting, looking for inconsistencies either in form of hidden enemies or illusion traces.

Papolstaanas pokes his head out from behind the rocks, then swiftly scrambles over them, moves obliquely toward the eladrin, and ducks down behind another rock formation.
Kaeysari strides forward, weaving a bit around obstacles, and keeping an eye out for trouble.
"What is it you want with us?" she yells at the Eladrin woman.

Nice roll. You notice that the eladrin appears to be more ethereal than corporal. It likely would be difficult to assault it [/sblock]
Appearing from over there, Damen takes a quick shot over the rock at long range. He then places his back against the rock. The bolt flies over the eladrin's head, who responds by shaking her head.
"Ah, good, you are all set. Now, let's get started. What do I want? To kill you, your stuff looks quite valuable" the eladrin laughs, flying forward and then throwing the pot about 10 feet in front of Kaeysari. The pot explodes and a pair of small scorpions are moving in the pieces.
"Sim Sim Sala Bim" she calls out and the creatures grow into a tremendous size. One is the size of a warhorse, a formidable stinger and its pincers are primed for attack, however your eyes are drawn to the one that continues to grow far past the size of the other, it's tall towers nearly 20 feet in the air, the claws are nearly as nearly as large as the shifter that the scorpion is eying.
It's tail moves with lightning speed, slamming into Kaeysari, Cyr, and Papolstaanas, the shifter unable to defend against the attack, venom pumping into the female. Movements are slowed and her body is wracked with pain.
The smaller scorpion scuttles towards Kauldron, but the goblin is ready and dodges the claws.
The portal flares brightly as another creature exits, a dragon appearing to made of molten rock, it's wings of flames, and it bears another eladrin aloft.
"Ah sister, you know you can't have all the fun." the male eladrin chuckles, maneuvering his dragon to the northern side of the area. He points a dagger towards the group of adventurers there. In their minds a swarm of enemies appear, battling them from seeming every direction, even former allies turn foe.
