adobe pdf and borders/templates

okey i am wirting a dnd (hebrew) book as a pdf file for download and i heard
something about templates/borders that i can put on my book
and i didnt understand what is that so i need explain and site to download them

Adobe Acrobat has the option to insert backgrounds into a pdf. That would be the simplest way to have a border around the page and then it would go around each page that you create as the pdf.
