As the orbs harass him, Rurdev drops both blades. Pulling javelins out from behind his back, he hurls them at the orb creatures nearby.

OOC Update: Good News, I'm feeling better and not dead. Bad News, despite my intentions to do so, I forgot to save the most recent version of this adventure to my google documents, and I don't have my flash drive with me for some unknown act of god.

Which means I don't have the stats for the creatures (or the proper map file, but I can fake that). I might have them under another network profile, which means I can update in a few hours. Otherwise, I'll update late tonight.
 

[sblock=ooc]I don't mind having effects kick in in the order you post, it just not my favorite way to do things. If a majority of PCs express an interest in this change, we'll start doing so next round.[/sblock]

Dane gives a potion of healing to Qynn & Sheng before openning the door. Her', don't die.

"Thanks for the potion." Qynn says, taking it from the dwarf with a thankful nod.

Qynn fastens his grip on his blade. An arc of cold follows the swing as he targets the red sphere. A chill flows over the sphere, though it still remains.

Attack Hits[/sblock]

After opening the trap door, Dane almost falls over from the rapidly flashing of light. He takes a brief moment to compose himself then swings longingly at the ball o' light in front of him. He barely lands a solid hit and arcs around to strike the enemy in the other room.

The jadite grunts for the pain, but manages to catch the potion. "I am in debt with you master dwarf" he says. "And with you too, let me pay you with chaos." the sorcerer takes his right fingers to his mouth, and with a whisper releases a spray of fire over the lights. The fire takes hold quickly and both lights ignite and then burst sending a wave over a large number of the party and many lights. While it burns our heroes, the red light Qynn is engaging seems to be more bright than ever.

-''Lights. At a theatre. Who'd have thought...'' Hadrak mutters.

The crippled dwarf feels extremely crowded. He doesn't like melees one bit, his options are limited. He extends his hands and a wave of light rushes down the hall, surrounding three motes and strengthening Dane and Incarnation.

-''I need room!''

As Hadrak shouts his words the energy build up in the white ball of lights and then explodes outwards sending out it's own wave of light. Hadrak seem protected by a light of his own but the others are not so lucky. Like the red light before the Purple light seems to have gained some enrgy from the blast though not enough to recover fully from Hadrak's assault.

Incarnation, with no where to go, curses in a dark tongue at the creatures before him. Knowing the risk, the warforged took it anyway and raised his dark implement before him, weaving a spell of fire and retribution against the luminescent orb before him, the effort is thrown off by the creatures' retaliation. Incensed, he calls forth the flame again, this time with better aim.

The purple does not take the OA but the red @G11 does. 22 vs Reflex. 13 Radiant Damage.

Essam runs immediately towards the audience and jumps off the stage and into the pit. Wesley quickly follows suit. Oddly, neither one of them are attacked in the process. Wesley does, however, whine in frieght.

The purple orb strike out at Hadrak this time, just barely penetrating his defenses.

With none of our heroes having altered positions the red orbs keep their targets from before. Incarnation manages to duck under his attackers swipe.

The three remaining white motes seek out their targets. The one in the hall seeks out Sheng and shocks him with its light. The one on the stairs floats over to toward the center of the stage and sends a beam out toward Hadrak, which he cannot avoid. The orb remaining on stage also target the shifter but Rurdev manages to shift out of the way.

With a gracefull movement, Sheng slides into the room, and gathers the entropy aroundd him with circular motions of his arms, concentrate it in a single spot, and creates a howling skull of black energy that fly screeching towards the white mote.

OOC: Chaos bolt: First target: Mote in H8, then the purple, then one of the reds.

He paused a moment, strengthening himself, before moving away.[sblock=Action]Assuming he hasn't dropped by the time its his turn, he'll use Warforged Resolve to gain 4 hp, 4 THP, and save vs any ongoing be affecting him at that point. He'll then spend his second wind for +2 Defenses and 10hp. He'll then move either to F9 or F13 (whichever will give him fewest OAs by his turn).

[sblock=Hadrak/Sheng]I forgot to mention that White Apparition 5 provoked an OA when it attacked. I didn't automatically roll for you since you've noticed that they tend to blow up. Let me know if you decide otherwise.[/sblock]
