Did I miss something? That comment about being hit twice?

OOC: Yes. Gurg does more damage if he hits twice with the same power. So, he did 10 more damage or -6. I might have forgotten it earlier in the encounter, but most of the time, if he hit twice, he did so using the power twice with an action point, or the PC was unconscious and the extra damage didn't matter.

Moving for the door, and realizing the Lizard was blocking it, Veruza skirted by the two gladiators just out of reach.

Realizing there was no escape Veruza did the only thing she could, *SCREEEEEEECH* I'LL KILL YOU! The unnatural cry was deafening! Divine bolts, red and white, arced from Veruza's holy symbol at Gurg. NONE SHALL SURVIVE!

When I look at the feat in CB, the feat is written as: "If all your encounter attack powers are expended, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls with your at-will attack powers until the end of the encounter or until you regain the use of one of your arcane attack encounter powers." Sound okay? [/sblock]

With Veruza moving forward, Narvala moves back, hoping that between Veruza and Baern they can hold off Gurg (and revive Cairn again) while she and Nyar take care of the lizardman. Taking out the weakest targets first did not exactly conform to classic rules of honorable fighting, but as her old mentor Rave Askarda had told a very junior artillery officer in what seemed like another lifetime, the goal of battle was not to die honorably for faith or country. It was to make the other guys do that.
