Rujah takes up position at the south end of the side corridor, while Fenwick draws an attack. Opening the door, Fenwick sees the Bandit and the Halfling waiting for him. Fenwick leaps forward in a brutal charge, decapitating the Bandit with a single blow of his axe. Unfortunately, the Halfling was not taken by surprise. 3 Stones hurl through the air at short range, two of them striking the Fenwick full in the throat, crushing his windpipe and bringing the massive Orc to the ground, barely alive, but bleeding heavily.
“Don’t let them get through the door!” The Thief-lord’s voice calls down the passage. Little does he know that the passage has already been breached.
The Halfling turns the corner into the side-corridor, unaware that Rujah lies in wait. The Dragonborn smiles, baring his teeth and raising his hammer in a charge that would make his father proud. The weapon strikes the halfling full in the chest, crushing his sternum, he manages a feeble whip of his sling, but isn’t strong enough to aim. The bullet doesn’t travel far before falling harmlessly to the floor.
Rujah, however, is not so harmless. The warden’s hammer strikes the Halfling in the face, crashing through his cheekbones and driving fragments of bone back into his brain. The Halfling is dead before he hits the floor. Rujah’s vengeance is bittersweet, when he realizes that it has cost him yet another ally. “Fenwick! No! Riardon! Jin! Fenwick is down! Hurry!” The drake flies through the corridor at Rujah, but he knows, all too well that the beast’s attacks are a bother at worst. The dragonspawn retreats back down the corridor from whence it came after yet another failed attempt to avenge its brother.[sblock=Mechanics]IC Down. Used Dice Room . Room Name is: <Hey!
