OOC: Ah, ok, no problem

Now that the ant is out of the way, Prime makes his way for the dwarves, reasoning that the dragon at his back will be enough to deal with the oversized insects. He strides casually up to the barrel brimming with caustic liquid and kicks it. The still surprised dwarves wince in anticipated pain.

Nothing happens.

Then Prime kicks it very hard and the barrel hits one of the dwarves in the chest, covering him in acid as the barrel's contents are spilled everywhere. The unfortunate thing runs in circles, screaming as his beard melts away.

Meanwhile Prime readies himself for the inevitable dwaf counterattack.

[sblock=actions]
Move to H7.
Standard action spill the barrel south. Rolls a 2. Damn.
Action point for a second Str check, this time success. Attack on J7 dwarf hit Ref 23 for 10 damage and 5 ongoing. If the attack counts as Prime's the dwarf's also Marked.
Minor action: Activate the armor's daily property for 14 temporary HP, I think I'll be needing them.[/sblock]

Sharpe was wondering why the group was not running to save the drowning person. He thought that is what good people do, save people from stuff. Oh well, maybe his dragon could save the person, garnering loving praise from all.

As you may have noticed, we have the dragon now! I hope that does not bug you! Sharpe says waltzing over to an ant and trying to stab it with his sword.

You should join us now. Or else I'll feed you to the dragon.. or drop you in acid... or something very fun for me but not for you!

OOC: The dragon's breath weapon is blast 4, but usually they are increments of odd numbers. Should it be blast 5? :)

Encounter 3, Round 1

After being covered in acid, the duergar flings the cup of acid it was using to torture whoever is in the pit at Prime. The volatile liquid splashes to the ground at the automaton's feet, however.

The other two duergar take notice and move to do the same, one throwing its cup of acid at Drew and the other at Prime. Both land true, the acid sizzling and popping merrily.

The man-sized ants lash out at the closest two enemies, but both heroes are too quick on their feet and avoid the large pincers.
GM: Luinnar, unfortunately for you, the dragon's breath weapon is only a blast 4. : )

One of my half-brothers is half-duergar. Dorm the Destroyer is his name... Why don't you Mul that one over! Sharpe shouts.

The dragon seems distracted by the pun, and his breath attack fails to hit any of the targets. To vent his frustration (puns are the lowest of humor after all), Drew punches the ant nearest to him.

OOC: I'll see if Mina can do something to control the two dwergar next to the grate. If so, I'll (ty to) bash G8 out of the way to open a path to the grate

horticulture, doesn't duergar targeting Drew provoke OA from Prime? And assuming Someone/Prime marks it on attack it misses by one? :D

Drew indeed uses his frustration to attack the ant. He wents it by executing perfect punch with loud exhalation, similar to the dragon just performed.

"KIAI!"

OOC: Crit: no magical weapons: 11 damage

Slightly entitled.
GM: You're right, he does. Rolling now..

edit: unfortunately, even with the Wis bonus, Prime misses with his OA. Attack goes off as previously stated. Remember to add the ongoing damage and make a saving throw at the end of your turn.

@MetaVoid ; your Ki Focus does +1d6 on a crit

Felix looses the bolt loaded into Layla at the ant that has drawn Drew's ire. The bolt hits home and Felix surges forward, past the duergar and to the grate. Charged with adreneline he tears the lock away from the grate and hurls the thing open with an astonishing ammount of force.
