[sblock=OOC]rb780nm - kal'Tarron should have rolled a save against both Dazed and Immobilized but you only rolled for one. I made other other for you - 1d20=17, saved vs both effects.

KD - where do those 2 temporary hit points come from on the Scorching Burst hit? Just for my information.

MetaVoid - I feel fairly sure that you can't use an Action Point after making your End of Turn saving throws, but I'm open to correction on that point if somebody knows better.[/sblock]

The channel connecting Serris to the lackey fades, and then surges and forks reaching to the two remaining enemies nearby. "You are without your minions. What will you do now?" the mocking challenge is obvious in his tone as he looks to the thug and his lieutenant.
Baracus feels a surge of strength returning as Serris stands up to their foes, and the pulsing psionic energy continues to crackle as he slowly spins his spear in the air.

Orsik calls upon his connection to primordial connection with Eberron and his skin hardens. He quickly sketches a rune in the air and this protection extends to all his companions except the mage which is too far.

"You think that will stop us? You need to try harder! Who do you fear so much to risk being humiliated in front of all these rubble?"

Mythra steps back, cursing his attacker and summons another cold cloud, this time at the harpy as well as another chair to protect him. The cold turns into nothing more than worthless mist however.

still dazed and confused kal'Tarron blinks and shakes himself to try to clear his head. For just a moment he catches sight of the harpy and his purpose become clear again - long enough for him to launch radiant vengeance against the harpy. A bolt of holy power flies from the symbol hung around his neck towards the harpy...

His head ringing, Grys cannot even speak. But he lashes out at the Harpy with everything he has.

* * *

Bloodied and battered, the Harpy makes an ungainly hop from her table and flaps over the heads of the remaining patrons to a more distant perch. Upon landing she immediately resumes singing, drawing the group towards her again and bringing Orsik stumbling into the middle of a furious scrum of goblins.

The remaining human lackey seems to recover some of her courage upon successfully stabbing Mythra, and decides to stick around instead of high-tailing it as she had planned. "Oi! Oi boss!" she calls out, "over 'ere, quick! Let's take care of this'n!"

Seeing Mythra isolated behind his improvised chair barricade, the Ogre complies and goes barrelling across the room to hit the wizard with a crushing slam of his club. His human accomplice tries to pitch in with another quick stab of her dagger, but it is deflected at the last moment by his protective enchantments.

[sblock=Enemy Actions]Harpy's Deadly Screech fails to recharge. She flies to D14 and starts a new Alluring Song as a Standard Action, catching all the PCs except Mythra in the burst.

Lackey #2 shifts 1 square to C0 and attacks Mythra with his dagger. 1d20=10+? = miss vs AC.[/sblock]

So Mythra is in trouble lol. Some help would be great :D The Harpy does need to be taken care of though.

I might wait to see if the party can do anything before I act.

I can I'll summon the dust devil and move the Ogre out of the way and make a run for it however. Hopefully Mythra won't be needing to make a trip to the local temple for resurrection :P[/sblock]

[sblock=Actions]1st: Question bout immobilized - can i replace the move action I can't make with a second minor?

1st minor: Channel divinity: balinor's prey on the harpy (The next melee or ranged attack that hits the target before the end of my next turn does and extra 1d6 damage)

2nd minor (if allowed): Oath of emnity on the harpy

standard: Radiant vengeance on the Ogre

Radiant vengeance on the Ogre. With Balinor's prey bonus damage if it hits. (1d20+7=16 vs Reflex, 1d8+5+1d6=15 damage)

I messed up - balinor's prey doesn't reach the ogre - I targetted the harpy instead. DM can either remove the d6 from the damage (it was 4) if i hit, or we cn pretend I used radiant vengeance on the harpy. It probably doens;'t matter as I imagine I missed with a 16 vs reflex
[/sblock]

kal'Tarron raises his holy symbol again, first calling down a curse from Balinor upon the harpy. Then he raises his first and pinky fingers into horns and calls out in an ancient tongue "You have offended my lord. I will dispense his judgement upon you" (if you understand draconic, you get the gist of the oath, if not, the intent is still clear).

Then, with his holy symbol in his hand, he launches a bolt of power at the ogre, which seems to go right past him, impacting harmlessly on the wall.

[sblock=saving throw]save vs immobilized (1d20=5) - failed[/sblock]

[sblock=@mythra]Sorry, that's my contribution probably failed[/sblock]

[sblock=OOC]
The two temporary hit points come from Grys' Gauntlets of Arcane Might.

You are correct. Action Points are used during the turn, not after saves are made at the end of the turn.

Also, Grys had 19 hit points. Serris' heal should have done 3 + healing surge 9 = 12 more for a total of 31 current hit points.

I've had enough of this! Mythra shouts. Mythra's magic tome opens on its own accord and its pages flick by, as if blown by a gust of wind. Arcane symbols appear near the Ogre and a small dust devil appears. Mythra snaps his fingers and Winds whirl around but it fails to lift the Ogre's immense weight. Mythra snaps his fingers again and this time the Ogre flings in the air and lands nearby. Mythra uses this chance to make a break for it, running with intense speed to the party.

Please let me know if I hit with the first attack (I doubt it, but you never know ;)) and I will retcon my post[/sblock]

"My thanks Serris." Grys says.

"Ha ha ha stupid little Ogre. Go ahead and kill the Eladrin. We don't like him anyway. If you don't attack me, I can throw fire at you all day until you turn into the largest piece of bacon on the planet. And of course, my demon friend here will suck your brains out. Go get him Keke." Since Mythra goes after Grys in initiative and Grys is trying to goad the Ogre into attacking him, you might want to retcon the direction Mythra sends the Ogre and also the direction Mythra moves to. Keeping a clear path between Grys and the Ogre instead of having Mythra between the Ogre and Grys is probably a good idea if the Ogre does decide to attack Grys.
