I just watched The Evil Dead for the first time, which I believe was Bruce Campbell's first major role. I'm glad I didn't watch it as a kid; it might very well have scared me witless!

I just realized, Renee O'Connor and Bruce Campbell were both on Xena : Warrior Princess. I loved Bruce's self-proclaimed "King of Thieves" character.

For the life of me, I don't understand why Bruce Campbell isn't in more movies, theatrical or TV. I mean, he's funny, he's good looking. He's got a cult following. But instead we get Colin Farrell and Jude Law (and clones of them) in 200 movies a year

Let's see;
1, Bruce Campbell playing what seems to be a wise-ass character.
2, Effects that look like my 7 year old nephew did them.
3, Bruce Campbell defeating an alien invasion.
4, I have 3 six packs cooling up nicely in fridge.

Not only am I watching this, I'm having about 8 friends over and were turing it into a Bruce Campbell night.
After the movie were watching Evil Dead I, II, Army of Darkness, and, Bubba Hotep.

Bruce is just fun in this parts and while I do not expect much from the movie I do expect to laugh. Bruce is the ultimate drinking game actor.

How many of you actually watched The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. ?

I loved it when Bruce pulled out the "Gimme some sugar baby" line on one of the Xena episodes. Classic.

Actually, that line is originally from Army of Darkness. Unless it predates that movie, but it's the earliest I remember hearing him say it.
