Any female game masters?

Its my fantasy to play under a female DM but I'm not talking gaming. *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge*:)

My wife DMs a bit but not too much.
The other female in my group is a long time DM and I switch off with her running games.

I've seen a few of the female DMs I know of on the boards chime in, but Buttercup (who hasn't posted in the better part of a week) also runs a game from what I understand.

My wife doesn't do much with online gaming stuff, so I answer for her.

She's been GMing since 1978.
Still does.

That was how we met - she was GMing the game when I came into the area.

Jen is the best DM I've ever played with. She's part Martha Stewart, part Joan Jett. I don't know how she does it, but her games are incredibly detailed, and not just a little frightening.

All hail the mighty GlareMistress.

While there are clearly women who post, and a reasonable number of female gamers (albeit a minority overall), how many of you have seen women actually running games? Any Ms. DMs?

I have personally seen two (a friend of mine and, briefly, her daughter), and know of one more. They both regularly run various games (Traveller, GURPS, d20, AFMBE, Torg, Rolemaster, and about five or six others)

Yep, I'm one. I've been running games for about 2-3 years now after a many year hiatus, but ran my first back in 1977 or so. We alternate in my group, and I'm preparing to run an Eberron campaign, probably starting in February. I've run D&D, d20M, Call of Cthulhu (old and d20 rules), Traveller (in days of old), MERPS, GURPS (Hellboy & Arabian Nights)... probably others I'm forgetting. I also have one PDF publication to my name and another coming out soon from Dog Soul.

The other female in our group has run one game also, and will probably do so again.
