You do know that Sword & Fist is a 3.0 book, right?

Not necesarily a problem if you DM is OK with it, but I thought someone'd better mention it as you appear to be thinking it was 3.5

Stats for whip coming later(its a monk kensai)

Acording to your later posts, you have no monk levels, let alone kensai. Unless you mean that the whip itself is a character with those classes (which I suppose is possible in a 40th level game). :D

Alright we are using the 3.0 lasher as is in 3.5 sorry for the confusion
The Whip is a medium monk/kensai tenticale whip, it is also my cohort. i dont have stats for it yet but when i get them ill post them.

So it looks like Saves, Skills, Feats, and Equipment you are unsure about, yes?

Saves are pretty easy: First, you look at the saves listed under Rogue 20 and write those down. Then you look at the saves listed for Lasher 10 and add those to the ones you've written down. Then you need to find out what the saves are for the racial hit dice of the Draegloth. Is its type Abberation or a Monstrous Humanoid?

Your skills will depend on your class. I would recommend figuring out how many skill points you get for the Draegloth racial hit dice, which skills are class skills for a Draegloth, and spend those. Then do the same for your rogue levels. Then do the same for your lasher levels.

You look like you have a pretty decent handle on what feats you want. You get one feat for every 3 Hit Dice you have, plus one at your first hit dice. Sp, if Draegloth is a 6 Hit Die creature and you have 30 class levels, you have 36 hit dice. This means that you get (1 feat for your first hit die, +1 for every 3 hit dice) = 13 feats. Your Rogue levels give you proficiency with Whips for free.

The only recommendation I can give you for equipment would be to get yourself a Save boosting item. With that penalty to Wisdom and no classes that give you a good will save, you are going to fall prey to Will save spells pretty regularly.

If you want to work a little bit with your DM to work up an epic lasher Prc, then it might be useful to go 10 rogue/20 lasher. Plenty of PrCs shown at epic levels on thw wizards website, generally the way it's done is the abilities that increase in level continue to do so, no new abilities are gained, and you get epic bonus feats. This will allow you more of those neat epic feats, bit if the lasher as no Sneak Attack, you might not want to lose the 5d6 damage...

If you've already converted the lasher, go ahead and convert the whip dagger. Whips are made very, very weak, and the whip dagger was put in to balance them against other weapons. Make it a monk/kensai whip dagger.

EDIT: In 3.5 are whips still ranged weapons, or do they just have reach? If they are now melee weapons then the lasher that I recall would need some serious changes...

The "whip" is a temtacle whip from the eberron campain setting sized to medium and that is really what i need help with.

all i know is that it is a monk 10/kensai(from complete warrior) 13 and it is a +9 tentacle whip of speed that provides a +16 bonus on trip attempts(+12 normally and +4 through enhancement) and that its starting stats are
STR 18
DEX 18
CON 18
INT 14
WIS 15
CHA 14
