One might imagine a gnome with small hands.
With apologies to E. E. Cummings...

Bigby’s Rain of Small Hands 4th-level evocation

  • Casting Time: 1 action
  • Range: 300 feet
  • Components: V, S, M (a tiny book of poems)
  • Duration: Instantaneous
You create a rain of minute magical fists that fall downward from the sky, pummeling everything in their way. A shower of small hands erupts in a 20-foot-radius, 40-foot-high cylinder centered on a point within range. Each creature in the cylinder must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 6d8 force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the force damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 4th.

Bigby's Jazz Hands
1st level conjuration
Casting Time: 1 bonus action
Range: 0
Components: V, S, M (a miniature saxophone)
Duration: Instantaneous
You hold your hands outward and wave them while you complete the verbal component, which is a short, catchy phrase. All creatures within 30 feet that can see you must make an immediate Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, a target is stunned until the end of its next turn.
