I was not surprised by the outcome, but I was a little surprised by the vote breakdown. I had assumed Kennedy or Roberts had joined the liberals in siding with Texas, but then, there are plenty of other things Clarence Thomas would love for the State of Texas to still be able to ban, so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised.

Whaaat? If the first paragraph of the first post of the thread contains the words "First Amendment" I think we can be really friggin' sure this thread does not belong here. There are lots of places on the internet to discuss American politics. This is not one of them.

We're a little lenient when it comes to legalities specifically regarding TTRPG publishing--maybe too lenient if it's creeped up to this--but this isn't even in the same solar system. Thread closed.
