Campaigns you want to play (or run)

After getting Nyambe: African Adventures I really want to play an African style campaign. Alas, I'm going to have a hard time trying to find players willing to switch from the standard Euro-Fantasy.

1) A homebrew I've been working on that doesn't have primary casters -- Rangers, Paladins, and Bards are the only people with access to magic. The low-magic world resulting could be really interesting.

2) A very high-magic, planescape style campaign using Savage Species and the Manual of the Planes. I'm starting something along these lines very soon. It ought to be interesting.

3) I want to be reincarnated as a player in Sepulchrave's campaign. :)

1) I , too, want to play Godlike, on the Western Front. Or maybe in North Africa.

2) Traveller crossed with CoC

3) Nyambe

4) Birthright

5) Also Paranoia, BESM, Feng Shui, and HERO one-shots or mini campaigns

so many to desire running, only the possible chance of one or two...this one is hard, but here goes:

1) d20 Modern with Urban Arcana and Shadowrun all mixed together.

2) a psionics only fantasy campaign in my homebrew world. With or without a heavy emphasis on dragons and half-dragons (I'm still trying to work out the ideas in my head).

3) A Star Wars game in my own world, kinda like a Rifts setting, with technology and force powers and different races. Possibly also include modifications from Shadowforce Archer book.

4) T20 with a totally different take on psionics (this one is just a hopeful and not likely, but I still like the setting and its a cool read).

5) Dark Sun and Birthright, using the playtesting rules and to see what can happen. Definately the new DS, if it is indeed in the works, and the new campaign setting, whatever it may be.

6) Exalted (not d20, but way cool) with a group of good roleplayers that can really get into the game. Exalted is not fun if people try to play it hack n slash like, which has been my experience so far.

7) Mutants and Masterminds campaign for possible one-shots or mini-games. More likely this is the one that would turn into a long campaign.

8) Scarred Lands game, but unlikely since the group I am currently in isn't taking to the world.

personal aims are the homebrew and Star Wars ones.

But The 13th Warrior? Joshua, at last we've found something we disagree on.
That and the D&D movie!

Let's see...

Modern day horror in the setting of the Laurell K Hamilton books.

Something along the lines of the Black Company. I'm tempted to just use it, they've been everyplace and around for a long time, so it would be easy to use it in almost any setting type. Getting the mood and feel would be the big thing. That and all magic users being damned tough.:)

A restart of my old R.I.S.K., mercenaries with limited meta-human powers, game.

I recently started a campaign where the players have a dual role. First off they play the Leads of a Guild. For the first few adventures they have been handed some long range goals by the Guild Master to give them the feel for the campaign. To achieve these goals the Leads hire adventures for "special" tasks (find lost miners, assassinate competition, what ever). The Leads are given X amount of money to hire PCs and purchase magic items for each assignment. Any leftover profit the Leads get to shave off the top or keep for future adventures.

For PCs each player created 3 characters. With 4 players this created a pool of 12 PCs to hire from plus a few that I add with every game. Each player then plays one of the characters hired by the Lead persona. Each player has a working experiencing point total and when they level all of the PCs they created level. I've also worked out a crude system where the Lead persona's ability to find information, produce new funding, or other ideas is based on the players character level.

The feedback from the players has been tremendous. They seem to enjoy building the ideal party and toying around with magic items they never seemed to be able to find in a "normal" campaign. For the first few adventures I have given them some tasks, but as the world is developing around them I'm hoping they will start to creating their own agendas (remove the guild master, buy out the local constabulary, etc.). Currently we are playing in a typical D&D setting, but as it has been so much fun I'm planning to try it with a Sci Fi setting as well.
