If yes: Jibba will bite PA +3, then curl around to 35n60e35z facing sw.
Mods[sblock]Goal is for his last movement to put him within 20' of Livox, for a tail AoO when Livox is forced to keep flying. If I'm wrong in this he'll instead move to within 15' for a bite AoO.[/sblock]

the walls I have don't look right, but they enclose the S and E sides of a box 15' in the nw corner of the VZ, there is also a 5' wide 20' tall on the west side of the box.

After carefully reviewing the posts, it seems like there are three walls of iron:

10ft-tall: at 105n, 15ft long from 40e to 55e (not the southern edge of 55e of course)
10ft-tall: at 55e, 15ft-long from 105n to the north wall
30ft-tall: at 40e, 5ft-long starting at 110n

The high voltage breath has no apparent effect.

Livox cannot take an AoO because, according to Draconomicon page 17, a hovering dragon cannot attack with wings or tail. The tail attack is the only one that would be in range as Jibba flies away.
