City of the Spider~Queen (IC)

Lord Morn is impressed by your readiness.

"Well, if you have all you need, then you best be off. It will take about half a day to reach the crypts on foot. The path is an easy one, Gais'forth should be able to lead you there without too much difficulty. If you do need assistance then I'm sure the local farmers will be more than happy to assist you if you tell them of your quest."

to Cain we could wipe them out, but there could be a reason why they are raiding this region, and if we just wipe them out there could come new drow. but if we take the soure down we finish faster.
after a moment
wiping them out seams fine enough for now

to everyone when are going to the crypts?? i would love to stay here and talk to you all but that can be done while walking, so lets go and find us some real drow

"I've got a mount, and I'm ready ta go!" Cain says. "I don't care about why these scum are attacking the surface folk. That's not my problem."

"Plus," he adds, "I might have some unfinished business with these Drow. I wonder..."

"Look, I'm no scout, but I think we should travel on horseback, and maybe not use the road in case the Drow are using it. I dunno about the rest of ya, but I have no interest in runnin' inna the entire mob of 'em."

Cain Thunderfoot smiles at Lord Morn. "Yeah, thanks for the job, Lord Morn. I think this is gonna work out great."

He leaves the room and awaits the others, but not for too long.

"Ya wants a ride?" Cain asks incredulously. "It's just a mule, Astaldo. I dinna think it can handle more than one rider. If yer broke maybe I can lend ya some gold fer a mount. But I dunno about that. I'm not keen on lendin' out any gold unless yer dead broke."

Andrinor asks Gais'forth, "so gais'forth are you ready to go to these so called crypts? I do not know the way so I must ask you to lead me."

Isahn tries to hide a snicker at cain's very Dwarf-like response to matters of Coin.
'I am afoot as well, having given my horse to a young man setting out to seek his fortune some miles back. Perhaps Lord morn could loan us steeds.'
Ishahn takes a moment to say a prayer to Clangeddin.

"It should not be a difficult journey, a few hours on foot by road, a bit more if we go cross country. If we ride, we have to find somewhere to leave the mounts while we are down there. Mi'lord, are there any members of the militia in the area now? It would help if we had someone show us their spore."

"I am more than happy to provide you with mounts and a guide." Morn says with a smile.

He calls out to the boy who led you here. "Troy, go get Shein, and tell him to arrange some mounts for our guests."

"It will all be ready in a moment. Shein will be able to show you their path, though i'm afraid it's rather conspicuous. Anyway, you will be there shortly. He may be of assistance if you need his aid, he can wield that spear of his well."
