Cleric Needed! [Cleric Found!]

Seems we've lost a cleric in Industrygothica's "The Hive." We could use a replacement as quickly as possible. You can either take over the abandoned cleric in the game, or use one of your own and we'll just assume he's been a part of the party all along.

I'll ghost him. Gimme a day to read up. We can change him if there's an appropriate break in the adventure.

Yuk, elven cleric with a rapier. Mmmh, he'll die soonish rather then later, I recon. :]

Good possibility, considering we havent' gotten into the meat of the adventure yet. But if you're still interested, you can start in with him straight away.

I'm guessing you've chosen a different deity for Jonas?

Might check the hit points, too. First HD is max, then 1/2 at even levels, and 1/2+1 at odd levels. I'm getting about 36.

Let me know whenever you're ready to start using this build.

Hi IG.

Just about finished, I think Heronious has the strength/war domains, but I don't have the books with me. Maybe it's best if we 'find' the rest of his equipment, with the symbol of heronious emblazoned upon them, or something. He can then take them over.

Or Jonas could die, and we could find a cleric trapped by the Hive. Ruling that the insect-two-headed ogre strikes jonas with two attacks of opportunity (one for moving and one for casting) should do the trick, i think. That might be best, instead of explaining why he had a sudden change of heart. Just whack the sucker :mad:

I've been pondering this for a bit, trying to come up with a viable solution. It just wasn't coming to me, however. Then I ran through the last round, and when Jonas fell, it hit me. At least I think it did. Either way, we'll come up with something... and realitively quickly, considering the circumstances.

Looking in the book, Heronious does not have access to the strength domain. His associated domains are good, law, and war.

The only deity with both the strength and war domains is Gruumsh, and I'm afraid that's just not going to happen. ;)

Let me know what you decide, and we can get this worked out pretty quickly I think.
