I don't remember the name of it but there's a comic in which Ghost Rider, The Punisher and Wolverine team up against Blackheart. It came out some time in the mid 90's IIRC.

Hearts of Darkness I think that one was. I thought it was cool at the time, but looking back at it, it looks really mediocre in comparison.

Other's worth mentioning are:

Batman: The Man Who Laughs - by Ed Brubaker and Doug Mankhe. Set directly after The Killing Joke, it tells of Batman's first confrontation with the Joher.
Superman vs. Muhammad Ali - by Dick Giordano and Neal Adams. Don't laugh, this was actually quite good. But good luck finding it. It's been out of print for more than 30 years, but still quite a gem.
