I guess my Ranger is rather Red-Mage esque.
Ranger 1: Concordance

Ranger 1: Cantrips
True Strike is an Action. On your next weapon attack before the end of your next turn you gain advantage and can add your spellcasting attribute to damage.
At higher levels it adds +1d12 damage at level 5, 2d12 at 11 and 3d12 at level 17.
Blade Ward is an Action. It applies to you and another creature within 5 feet.
At higher levels its radius grows to 10 feet at level 5, it protects up to 2 other creatures within 15 feet at level 11, and all allies at level 17.
Sword Burst gets an optional radius upgrade at level 5, 11 and 17.
Shillelagh is an action. As part of the action you can make a weapon attack with it.
At higher levels the initial attack deals +1d6/2d6/3d6 force damage, and the weapon gains a 10' reach at level 5.
Ranger 2: Pact Magic
Ranger becomes a short-rest spellcaster, half Warlock spell slot progression.
The class features that grant 1/day spells continue to do so.
Ranger 3: Beastmaster and Drakewarden require Concord of the Pack, and upgrade your companion (giving it more features and utility).
Ranger 5: Extra Attack
Instead of an extra attack, you can cast a Ranger spell or cantrip that requires an action to cast and make a weapon attack as part of your attack action.
Ranger 13: Commune with Nature
As an action you can Commune with Nature. Once you have done so, you cannot do so again until you complete a short or long rest. When you Commune with Nature as an action, you regain all of your expended Ranger spell slots as well.
