Cryptosnark ripped me off

Phil, you impress me tremendously. Thanks to both you and Ancient Awakenings.

Hmnnn?

Wha?

I didn't do it! It was Phil's fault! He had the idea! That's right!

In fact, I was escorting nuns on a tour at the time, and was no where near the place!

They can't vouch for me though, they were blind nuns...

Later, but not at fault,

I truly believe that over the next 5 years many people will turn to buying PDFs. It's my responsibility to make certain that, when they do, the PDFs are numerous and packed with fun material.

I agree wholeheartedly with this sentiment and would like to include Creative Mountain Games as a custodian of the future of RPG PDFs and electronic supplements. Those customers who lost out due to the demise of Cryptosnark should drop me an email ( Mark - at - CreativeMountainGames.com) and I will pitch in to alleviate any ill will that has arrisen.

Good idea, Phil. You are truly an industry leader.

I like pdf's. I like the idea of them. I like the dozen or so that I own. My only problem with them (besides restrictions like drivethru pdf's have) is that they are not as practical for me as print.

When I finally get another laptop and/or handheld pdf reader, then it will become a bit more practical for me to use them where ever I game. Then I will start buying them again, and saving them to multiple disks for the next time the power supply or hard drive dies on my laptop/desktop/whatever. Or gets stolen out of my car again.

It is also good to know there are people out there who are in business to be GOOD business people, not just make as much profit as possible. So when I start buying pdf's again I will do my best to remember the three of you and give your products first consideration.

Matthew, if I may ask, where in Arkansas does your uncle live?
Northwest Arkansas, in the vicinity of Gentry/Decatur/Siloam Springs. My grandparents have a farm out in the country, and my uncle's house is on a piece of that land. I went to college in Searcy, btw.

Without wanting to sound like someone jumping on a bandwagon (although I'm blatantly doing so!), if you pick an EN Publishing PDF, and drop me an email, I'll send it to you free, Wyvern.

PDFs are good!

Yes, they are. :)

I should start up more wagons around here . . .

It doesn't, alas, solve the problem of how I'm going to get the stuff I wanted from Cryptosnark,
I have copies of Deeds Not Words & Laying the Smack Down. If you forward me your PayPal receipt I will send copies of each to you. It's not quite the same as the CD, but it is better than nothing.

I'm overwhelmed by everyone's generosity. Talk about a silver lining!

Krieg, Morrus: what are your e-mail addresses?
