[D&D 3.5] War of the Burning Sky [OOC] [Closed]

Just in case people are reading this thread more than the IC one, you all leveled. Well, your PCs leveled. They're now level 4.

Hollister is mostly leveled. I need to pick up another 2nd level spell, and I still need to choose that pesky 3rd level feat. Any suggestions?

OK I hit a snag, if I go lvl 2 cleric I get only one more zero and 1st lvl spell. But if I go druid lvl 3 I get 2 second lvl spells which would help with things like this Rast and all. Looking at spells like, lesser restoration and resist energy(fire).

I just need to know are we using XP or just lvling up as we complete parts of the adventure? If it is the latter than I need not worry about an XP penalty to experience and will probably opt for lvl 3 druid now and catch up the cleric next two lvls.

Let me know and I'll have the lvl up asap.

Rhun: I'm generally a fan of metamagic feats for wizards. All my suggestions are made without looking at your spell list because I'm too lazy for that.

Assuming there are a good number of area effect fire spells, sculpt spell is a good choice.

If you want to focus even more on fire spells, Blistering Spell from PH2 is a decent option that adds a little debuffing to your capabilities.

Searing Spell would let you damage even fire-type creatures.

Consecrate Spell helps you damage fire-resistant mobs. Consecrate Spell isn't as good as energy substitution IMHO, energy substitution requires any other metamagic, which you don't have.

Enlarge Spell may be useful, depending on your spell list. OTOH, you'll have fireball in one level, and that's long range and awesome anyway.

I've seen Transdimentional Spell be a real lifesaver, but probably not until higher levels.

It's probably too early to take Empower Spell, too.

Spell Focus (Evocation) is probably going to be useful.

HolyMan: If you go to druid3/cleric1 you won't hit level 5 any later than anyone else in the party.

Then if that is the case here is my level ups submitted for your approval.

Character Level 4: Raise ability; CHA by 1 point
Class level: Druid 3rd
BAB: add +1 for total of +2
Reflex save: add +1 to base for total of +1
Special: gain Trackless Step
Spells: gain 1 second level spell
Hit points: gain 5 hp
Skill points: 4 points = 2 points to Survival, 1 point to Heal, 1 point to Spot

Fritz:
Gains +2 HD
Gains +2 Natural armor
Gains +1 STR/DEX
Gains 1 bonus trick = Heel
Gains Evasion

Let me know about HP and I will change my sheet and add a link to this post. Thanks in advance.

Well I just got done lvling up Fritz and he is now a beast. :p

18hp/18AC and a +7 to hit with his bite attack.

Just wanted you to look it over to see if I did it right. Really wondering about his BAB it went from +0 to +2?? and Skill points it is the strangest thing and something in my many years of playing I never noticed.

Under animal in the MM (pg. 290 table 4-1) it says they recieve 2 skill points + INT mod/HD ok no problem there it sounds normal, but an animal can't have an INT above 2 so it's modifier is -4 at best?? So that is something I don't know what to do about.

Fritz is here along with Shaylir's changes.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll take a look over them this weekend and make a final decision.
