A company cannot discriminate based on race, sex, or gender because of the constitution.

Without getting into politics, I'm just trying to figure out what distinction you make between sex and gender.

And on that note, just think about what Mr. Chick believes in. He's not doing this to be mean, and though he might be misguided, I don't think you could possibly qualify him as a bad person.

Ah, but D&D's alignment system is objective. Thus, he could be a good, albeit misguided, person in real life, but in D&D he'd be evil.
