Sure there's other numbers to plug in but it will be reported as a flop on those numbers. Even the perception of a flop is bad enough for the D&D brand they're pushing combined with the lack of a hit game as well.

I'm looking at the box office, Hollywood press are puff pieces. They're opinion pieces.
Ok.

I'm just quoting your words, which are directly contradictory of themselves and don't match the reality of the people who are paid to follow the data.

What I'm saying is let's see what they write about new numbers.

Deadline us tge only one I've seen and they were just about this weekends numbers. They weren't downplaying or Doom and grooming the numbers.

There won't be a sequel to hit the theaters...maybe direct to streaming if that. If I was an investor in this I wouldn't put money in for round two, I'd invest in something else.

There’s alot of income streams to be had from the movie which is why box office performance alone isn’t a greater indicator of financial success

1. Box office.
2. Streaming.
3. ‘DVD’ sales.
4. Branded merchandise.
5. Increased RPG sales.

Also note that these things are as much for domestic as international.

I suggest that D&D movie when measuring all revenue streams will be a success. I think we all hope it would have performed better at the box office - it was a very mediocre performance there, especially given its budget. It was a good movie, not the best movie ever but good.
