Damage for large and small high-tech weapons

SWAT

First Post
I'm trying to expand Table 7-4 of the PHB (3.5) to include the very high damage caused by high-tech weapons, but even with the similar tables in the DMG, I'm uncertain of what to do at very high damage values, especially for large weapons.

Below is what I have right now. I apologize for the less-than-perfect columns. I'm sure there's a way to make them straight but I have no idea how.

Do the values look right? Do large weapons end up doing to much damage? Is there anything else you would change? Thanks.

Code:
Medium	Small	Tiny	Large
1d2	1	-	1d3
1d3	1d2	1	1d4
1d4	1d3	1d2	1d6
1d6	1d4	1d3	1d8
1d8	1d6	1d4	2d6
1d10	1d8	1d6	2d8
1d12	1d10	1d8	3d6
2d4	1d6	1d4	2d6
2d6	1d10	1d8	3d6
2d8	2d6	1d10	3d8
2d10	2d8	2d6	4d8
2d12	2d10	2d8	6d6
3d4	1d10	1d8	3d6
3d6	2d6	1d10	4d6
3d8	3d6	2d6	4d8
3d10	3d8	3d6	6d8
3d12	3d10	3d8	9d6
4d4	2d6	2d4	4d6
4d6	2d10	2d8	6d6
4d8	4d6	2d10	6d8
4d10	4d8	4d6	8d8
4d12	4d10	4d8	12d6

Edit: Table columns now nice and straight.

SWAT, for future reference, the CODE tag is accessed by the little pound sign (#) located beneath the font color selector in the area you write your messages. I'll leave cleaning up the table to you

Hmm. I am not sure.
Wasn`t the rule: 1d10 => 2d6? (which would result in the same as 1d8).
Or has this changed in the D&D 3.5?
If you want to reduce the damage a bit, consider 1d8 => 1d12, and 1d10 => 2d6, 1d12 => 2d8.
