Desperately seeking monkey monk

Could someone please help me find the twin threads about the monk and the monkey? The first was a long thread about how the monk was represented in peoples games and whether it could be something other than the oriental version, while the latter was a fun satire about the former. They appeared in General RPG Discussion as far as I can remember.

No, I only replied to the satire thread. They should have identical titles, with the other only replacing the word monk for monkey. I just can't remember what that title was. :\
