My first response is that I utterly don't care in the slightest.

But, upon further reflection, part of why I don't care in the slightest is because red carpet events so rarely make a point of honoring the underappreciated creative people who laid the groundwork upon which movies are built. You're lucky if the actual screenwriters of the movie gets any attention, much less people who worked on the underlying source-material. So, while I don't expect it, or particularly care if it doesn't happen, I do think it would be genuinely cool and a positive step for the world of movies if the librarian from small-town Canada who created the setting gets feted at their silly premier.
