A Goblin Market as dungeon? Yeas!

I think some folks are going to discover quite early on that narrow ideas are NOT going to work for such a massive project.

Burnout. This project is almost a perfect recipe for burnout. So take it easy and don’t feel like you must keep up. Go at a fun pace.
Literally just do the one room a day. Don't try and do a dozen then take some time off. Make it a part of your routine. The whole point of creative exercises like this is just that: exercise for your creative muscles. They need it as much as your body does.

Maybe, probably, lots of folks are going to discover things. I can’t wait to see what they have anyway.
Oh, sure. Hopefully The Goblin Market ends up with a long stair down the Fey-fungi forest and a rope ladder up into the sky where there is a floating castle and whatever else. I am just saying 365 rooms on a narrow theme is much harder than the "megadungeon" style the exercise is designed for.

Oh yea!

This as an example of doing something out of left field if your stuck, is wonderful.

Particularly if you’re working in a tight theme.

I think it's mighty early to be armchair quarterbacking what will and won't work. Jesse is a fantastic game designer and I think I'd at the very least be willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Just my two cents.

There's a lot of flex in the basic idea too. For example, I won't be producing a mega dungeon per se, but rather a linked series of outdoor encounter areas, each with 5 to 20 rooms or whatever. If someone takes the challenge as one element per day things open right up.
