D&D 4E Eberron and 4e - hopes and fears

The artificer would be a hard class to create on your own, I'd rather wait for a designer to craft it for me. So hiatus for Eberron till it is out.
Any particular reason you couldn't run them as a Rogue or Warlord with Wizard training in the meantime?

I think it'd be neat if you could spend racial feats to buy Dragonmarks. Every Dragonmark would grant a Per Encounter power.

Because it's a class based around creating and enhancing magic items, and not at all a rogue or warlord or wizard?

Many dragonmark effects are designed to be useful in a commercial context, not on an adventure. I hope this doesn't change - even the ones which can be used in an adventure, like the Lyrandar option to use gust of wind, are also commercially useful.

Dragons of Eberron

I was glancing through DoE to see what I doubt will be ready to go from DDI any time soon.

There is an encounter with a dragon wilder.

Will WOTC print up a full stat block for 4e with this encounter's psionic powers in place?

Will DDI provide gradual support for the book, making owners wait longer?

Will they change the encounter to something else?

which?

Probably:

Re-stat the dragon as a dragon wizard and give it a special quality to emulate the wilder's euphoria.
