Sejs brings up a good point; deities are immune to ability damage.

I'm nowhere near DoD right now but I took CRGreathouse on his word that deities are not immune to ability damage from those of equal or greater divine rank. If true, then I think there's a problem.

If not, then no problem. Anyone got a page reference?
