I thought of something earlier, something that I doubt anyone else has thought of yet - if a bard, paladin, or ranger takes the Improved Spell Capacity feat, he can gain a new spell level, but there is no list of spells he can take - effectively, the new slots are limited to metamagic. So, I sat down with the PHB and made up expanded spell lists for the assassin, bard, blackguard, paladin, and ranger.
Assassin
5th Level: passwall, private sanctum, prying eyes, seeming.
6th Level Assassin Spells: find the path, teleport, true seeing, veil.
7th Level: ethereal jaunt, magnificent mansion, sequester, teleport object.
8th Level: discern location, mind blank, statue, teleport, greater.

Bard
